Master Plan

Master Plan design for today's lifestyle

This process, a throughly comprehensive one, focuses on developing a long-term vision and plan for Tom Hoch clients and their facilities. Often, it extends out to include the golf course and nearby landscape elements as well.

The Master Plan process is one of thorough research and planning, with the end goal of aligning club leadership, club management, and club membership towards a singular vision that will pave the way for successful future operations and developments. The Master Plan offers the flexibility for a club to complete improvements either as a single, turn-key project, or as a sequentially phased set of projects that can be implemented over time.

Often, our Master Planning process dovetails into our Brand Assessment and Financial Modeling system of research and analysis. This assessment process enables Tom Hoch Design to reexamine and get down to the core of who our clients truly are. It is a rediscovery process that facilitates brand- appropriate, long-term planning.
